On Friday 29th April, we officially opened The Well and extended Atrium to the Gateway Building. Special guests, Lady Gass, formerly Lord Lieutenant of Somerset, The Chairman of B&NES Council, Councillor Ian Gilchrist, The Mayor of Bath, Councillor William Sandry and MP for Wansdyke, Jacob Rees-Mogg, joined in cutting the tape and wishing success to our students in The New Sixth.

Guests were welcomed by our Head Boy Josiah Jarosz and Head Girl Katy Brown, who spoke about life in the sixth form and our aspirations for the future.

The newly opened building gives the Gateway much needed social and gathering space and includes a new coffee shop style catering point, just the right place to start a busy day in the New Sixth.

Upstairs, The Well offers an important space to meet with our Chaplaincy team and join in an activity program that includes discussions, visiting speakers, volunteering, and a place to relax with friends.
