As we rearrange the school Chapel after Christmas, taking down the crib, decorations and festive displays everything has begun to look a bit bare.  In the Chapel we love to fill our boards with inspiring, colourful and creative artwork so that the room reflects the young people and staff that come to the Chapel to pray and take part in all we do.  New ideas and inspiration were needed and, as we discussed what we create in the dullest month of the year, there was an overwhelming desire to use the story of Noah to spread cheer (no surprise really with a love of animals being a popular topic of conversation).

It didn’t take long to go from a simple lanscape painting to an all out 3D creation involving mounted rainbows, a chicken wire ark and spring mounted animals!  Our task has begun and we’ll show you the finished masterpiece shortly.  For the time being here is ‘phase 1’.
