On Sunday 29th April, Noah R represented Saint Gregory’s at the annual Catenians Public Speaking Contest of Catholic Schools (South West).

His speech “Is Freedom Compatible with Democracy?” impressed the three judges as well as the audience present at the Apostle Room in Clifton Cathedral, Bristol. It was a very close competition and all contestants showed great skill and passion for their chosen topics. Though this year the trophy isn’t coming to Saint Gregory’s, Noah did us all proud. We’re looking forward to future success on the back of the experience gained this year. Well done Noah!
