On Wednesday 12 June, some of my Year 10 students accompanied me to St Bartholomew’s Church in Bath to attend a wonderful soirée gastronomique. We took part in a quiz while having some French canapés and sampling a wide range of dishes from Provence. Parents and adults were invited to try a little wine tasting with everyone speaking French throughout.
It was a wonderful evening of French culture and language studies.
