GCSE & A Level Results 2023

Saint Gregory’s strongly advocates a safe and inclusive environment for learning where students feel valued as individuals, inspired to achieve new goals and develop a life-long love of learning.

Despite extraordinary disruption to their education over the past few years, students at St Gregory’s secured a fantastic set of results with academic success across the curriculum.

Headline figures show that students secured a very high standard of grades at A Level with 19% achieving A*-A grades and 65% securing A*-C grades, ensuring that our students secure the optimum grades and UCAS points for entry to university, higher level apprenticeship or chosen career pathway.

Results for GCSE students showed equally impressive levels of achievement with many personal triumphs. 26% of all GCSE results were graded 7-9 with 58% of grades securing a strong pass and 76% of all grades achieving a standard pass.

Headline results demonstrate unequivocally that it is possible to secure the highest levels of attainment whilst also retaining an environment that ensures students grow into well-rounded, reflective, caring and thoughtful young people.”
