As part of their role within the B&NES Leadership Academy, Emma B, Olly N, Nicole K were some of the 120 young volunteers that attended the L3 Summer School Games training event at the University of Bath on Thursday 16 June.
The students were excellent ambassadors for St Gregory’s. They took part in various orientation exercises as well as activities that are specific to the role they have on the day. Jemma Lowe (Olympic Swimmer) did a keynote and Q&A session about how volunteers have impacted her career.
The L3 Games is on Wednesday 6th July, so hopefully the leaders feel prepared for the day now!
