This week we awarded a number of our Year 10 and 11 students their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award. This award represents the culmination of six months of dedication by the students. They are required to complete three sections – volunteering, physical and skill; in addition to this they must complete a two day self-guided expedition including an overnight camp. Many of them are looking forward to the added challenge of tackling the Silver and Gold awards in the coming years!
