St Gregory’s students were recently invited to take part in the National Festival, one of the most prestigious music festivals in the country and perform a piece composed for the 50th anniversary of BSYM.

We were joined by the county choir and orchestra and two other school to create a mass ensemble. Patrick Bailey, conductor of the Royal philharmonic Orchestra ran a workshop at the end of the concert involving all the groups that took part. A really impressive and worthwhile event.
