From Monday 11 January, students will follow a revised timetable of teacher-led lessons both in school and remotely for the lockdown period. We will endeavour for the majority of lessons to be ‘live’ via Google Classroom, according to the normal timetabled lessons for that day. Any absence due to illness must be reported by parents/carers in the normal way.

Timetable from Monday 11 January

9.15 am – 9.30am – Daily online tutor session

9.30am – 10.15am – Lesson 1

10.15am – 10.30am – Break

10.30am – 11.15am – Lesson 2

11.15am – 11.30am – Break

11.30am – 12.15pm – Lesson 3

12.15pm – 12.30pm – Break

12.30pm – 1.15pm – Lesson 4

1.15pm – 1.45pm – Lunch

1.45pm – 2.30pm – Lesson 5

Students learning remotely will finish teacher-led lessons at 2.30pm. Students attending school will be provided teacher-led wellbeing activities from 2.30pm – 3.00pm.

We hope that introducing shorter lessons, with regular time away from screens in between, will allow for more consolidated, focused learning and provide a balanced school day for students. We will of course keep this under review over the coming weeks.

MEP lessons will continue afterschool for MEP students in Years 7-9. These will take place online via Google Classroom as follows:

Year 7 – Tuesday 2.45pm – 3.45pm

Year 8 – Wednesday 2.45pm – 3.45pm

Year 9 – Thursday 2.45pm – 3.45pm
