We are looking for a proactive colleague who is committed to the continuous improvement of processes, who will work with accuracy and attention to detail and who either has experience of working in the HR field or is interested in working within it.

The HR and Payroll Officer is expected to provide first line advice to service users across all the specialties within the role, escalating as appropriate to the HR Manager.

We ask that the successful candidate is prepared to work on site at our partner primaries on occasion to ensure we are delivering the best service possible.

We welcome applications from those wishing to apply for the maximum number of hours available (37) and also those wishing to apply on a reduced hours basis (minimum 30 hours) to fit around other commitments.  The 8am start Monday-Friday is essential to meet business demands however the finish time is negotiable.
