It was a privilege to attend the Sixth Form Conference at Bristol cathedral with our Year 12 Religious Studies students: Emily OS, Tilly S, Euan A, Ellie B, Laura B, Lamorna V, Chris E and Matilda W and Hannah D were a credit to our Sixth Form.

This week’s assembly theme is ‘Saints of today’ and the launch of this year’s Samaritan’s Purse Shoebox Appeal.
GCSE RE resources will soon be available to support your child’s learning in RE; particularly their homework, revision and exam preparation.
Many of our students have completed the ‘Mega Youth Poll’ in their RE lessons or as part of their homework this week.
This coming week we will be branching out into our parishes, having our students lead prayer and worship in different ways at St Mary’s and St Peter & Paul’s.
The season of Lent begins with Ash Wednesday when we traditionally use the ash from last year’s palms to make a cross on our foreheads.
On Friday 27th January, for Holocaust Memorial Day, the school remembered those affected by the terrible atrocities of the Nazi regime.
