Many of you may have heard of it but, if you haven't, this 50-minute public information film and community initiative has been created in the UK to raise awareness about the climate and nature crisis. Following the film there will be an opportunity for small group discussion with our local councilor, Joel Hirst, and representatives from a range of local groups all working to address the crisis, so we can reflect on what we have watched, share thoughts and ask questions together.
The film is recommended for ages 16 and over, so sixth formers are welcome and we will be flagging specific follow-up options you could consider. As the film's content is uncomfortable at times, we ask that students attend with an adult, so you can continue conversations after the event.
The screening is free to attend, but please book tickets ( https://tinyurl.com/4ca6k8ce ) as spaces are limited.
