Sixteen Saint Gregory’s Year 8 students are embarking on a new and exciting Erasmus+ project. This two year project with partner schools in Germany, Norway and Finland, is on the topic of Sports and Healthy Lifestyles. The UK’s international team logo has been designed by Amber in Year 8, and superbly reflects the international sporting nature of the programme.
Six students from each of the partner countries arrive in Bath on 12 November 2017 to participate in a week-long programme of activities. The European students will stay in the homes of the participating Saint Gregory’s students, enabling a broad and enriching experience of life in England.
Students will participate in a range of activities, including a visit to the University of Bath’s Sports Village and to a trampoline park, as well as visiting places of local cultural and historic interest, such as the Roman Baths.
